We typically work with a milestone-based payment structure: 40% deposit to begin work, 30% at design approval, and 30% upon project completion. For larger projects, we can create custom payment plans. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cheques.

Are there any ongoing costs after the website is built?

Yes, there are typically ongoing costs including web hosting ($20-$100/month depending on your needs), domain renewal ($15-$50/year), SSL certificate (often included with hosting), and optional maintenance packages ($100-$500/month). We'll clearly outline all expected costs during our proposal.

How long does it take to build a website?

What happens if something breaks on my website?

All our websites come with a 30-day warranty covering any bugs or issues discovered after launch. Maintenance package clients receive priority support with same-day response for critical issues. For non-maintenance clients, we offer support on an hourly basis.
